The current Good Poshn Gudness Milk Mix range is labelled for children aged 2–6 years.

The product contains milk and pea protein, as well as ingredients including oats, ragi and bajra. Customers should always review the full and current ingredient and allergen information on the product label before use.

The following principles apply to Good Poshn products:

• Products should be consumed only as directed on the applicable product label;
• Do not exceed the recommended daily serving;
